What passport and visa do I need to visit Taiwan?

British visitors to Taiwan must travel on a full ‘British Citizen’ passport, and ensure that the passport has at least six months validity from the date you intend to depart from Taiwan. Please check that your passport complies with this decree well in advance of travel. If you do not have a British passport please contact the Taiwanese Embassy to see what regulations do apply:

Visas for Taiwan
UK nationals do not require visas for stays in Taiwan of up to 90 days. Please note when you arrive at any airport in Taiwan, you should have filled in all your details on the arrival & declaration card before proceeding through the immigration channels.
